Billy serves as an Associate Realtor with Real Estate Teams.  He provides General Brokerage services for Commercial Sales and Leasing transactions, Land Sales, and is a Land Development Consultant.

In 1998, he was named Sales Representative of the Year by both the Frederick County Builder’s Association and Ryan Homes.

Billy’s volunteer leadership service to the community includes his role as Chairman of the Frederick County Board of Zoning Appeals, Board of Directors and Past President of Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County, and a Board of Directors Member of Community Commons, a local education based Conservation Organization.
